My stay was disappointing due to various issues. Upon arrival, the lack of assistance with transportation from the airport was frustrating, especially in a new city. the limited breakfast options after 9 a.m. made it difficult to enjoy a meal without searching for leftovers. I was also dismayed by the insufficient toilet paper supply during our stay.

Loved the stunning Eiffel Tower view from our room and the lovely clean spaces. The location near the tram was convenient for getting around, and I genuinely appreciated the tea, coffee, and water machines available on each floor!

Sweet as place! Staff were super friendly, beds comfy heaps, but the breakfast was a bit pricey for what you got. Terrace views were lush!

Noise disturbances at night from traffic, inadequate air conditioning leading to discomfort!!! Delayed room readiness at check-in was frustrating after a long travel day. Minor maintenance issues, like dents in walls and dirty carpets, detracted from the overall experience!!!

During my three-night stay as a family with children, we enjoyed a warm welcome with chocolates and a comfortable bed that contributed to restful nights. the room's layout was a bit unconventional with a small toilet area which could be inconvenient. The breakfast offered a solid variety, although it remained the same throughout our stay, which might be less appealing for longer visits.

Great family stay with easy access!

We had a super comfy Privilege Double Room. Loved the nearby dining options and a cozy picnic area for some family fun. The only bummer was that the room could use more outlets. But honestly, the vibes were on point, and the staff was really welcoming!

the view from the terrace is simply stunning. the bar is underutilized at night.

It was just a great match for a short break in Suresnes with good value considering price it charged. The beds were unbelievably comfy, which made my stay much better. Try to explore the nearby cafe for some great snacks after a long day.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport and a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from my room. The staff is extremely welcoming and communicate effortlessly in English, which made my stay smooth and enjoyable.

The breakfast service occasionally felt slow during peak times, which could be improved.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, particularly enjoying the tasty variety offered and the convenience of the coffee machine in the lobby for fresh brews, with easy access to the T2 tram making travel to the heart of the city a breeze.

the shower curtain was a bit strange. but the rooftop view of the eiffel tower was breathtaking! ! very friendly staff. breakfast had an amazing variety of fresh pastries. clean and modern rooms that felt welcoming.
